MEET THE STAFF:
CHRIS IRWIN - Chris is a high-level IBM Lotus Domino with over 23 years of experience on both the development and administrative functions. Hired to roll-out a Lotus Notes pilot by Cincinnati Bell Telephone, he spent 8 years as a mostly-full-time staff consultant, assisting in the rollout and later migration to Exchange after a merger. Chris has over 8,000 hours into a complex web application for the Besl Transfer Company. He has turned the once-pure Domino application into a ASP.NET/C#/Domino hybrid and has recently been helping companies get rid of their "pesky Lotus Notes problems".

RICHARD DAVIS - Richard is Senior-Level IBM Domino Architect with over 20 years experience in the field. As an excellent problem solver, he approaches challenges with an inventor's mind and a designer's eye in pursuit of an elegant, efficient and sound plan. He is often able to magnify the returns from technology by maximizing inherent and often hidden capabilities of the available tools. His project philosophy is focused on reaping the most results from the existing infrastructure while maintaining stability, modularity and security. The mission critical application suites and systems he has designed have saved his clients over 400,000 man-hours to date; some have even been in continuous use for over 16 years.
