Training & Certification

InterarchyIQ offers training and certification programs based on Interarchy and human interaction concepts.

Training and certification can be delivered as part of a mentored skills transfer in longer term projects or customized to meet the specific needs of an organization.

Workshops for Alignment, Collaborative Problem Solving, and Innovation

  • Two Day Intensive Leadership Workshop - Geared to the leadership team. This workshop promotes accountability and alignment to eliminate cross-silo friction. It is designed to be intense and groundbreaking for the participants.


  • 3-5 Day Collaborative Problem Solving Workshop - A quick start, fixed small investment, large reward offering to holistically explore, define and scope issues and processes in order to structure projects and set priorities based on projected impact and estimated ROI. Targeted to working groups at either the leadership or grassroots level accountable for driving solutions.


  • Large Group Engagement Sessions - (50 - 400 participants) Custom designed to meet the specific needs of the client organization and their situation. Our commitment is to provide an experience that engages, energizes and clarifies accountabilities for the participants through exercises and dialogue. Clients can use these sessions for major organizational change projects, new product launches, cultural transformation, etc.
